Requirements
- Complete Application requirements by the deadline
- We consider academic record, demonstrated leadership skills, ambition, coachability
- Be a First-Generation High School or College Student; neither parent completed a 4-year degree
- Currently enrolled in High School or College
- Enlisted in the military, are "First Generation" and plan to go to college after military service
- Currently in, or aged out of the foster system and are First Generation High School or College
- Be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or will be by the application deadline
- Eligible for paid internships and/or employment opportunities in the United States
- Available to attend weekly workshops
- Available to meet with a mentor on a weekly basis
